PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair curl formation keeping agent excellent in keeping the hair curl formation formed by a permanent wave treatment.SOLUTION: The invention provides a hair curl formation keeping agent characterized by containing 0.0002 mass% of one or two kinds of plant extracts selected from Citrus X paradisi and Sanguisorba as an active ingredient. Preferably, the Citrus X paradisi extract is Citrus X paradisi fruit extract, and preferably the Sanguisorba extract is Sanguisorba root and rhizome extract.
