The present invention relates to a system and method for evaluating effects of an antiarrhythmic agent, wherein the system comprises: an action potential measurement part for measuring the cardiac action potential of a patient； an ion channel characteristics determination part for determining ion channel characteristics of the patient using the measured action potential； and an antiarrhythmic agent effect evaluation part for reflecting characteristics of the antiarrhythmic agent on the determined ion channel characteristics of the patient to mock-evaluate therapeutic effects. According to the present invention, the ion channel characteristics can be conveniently determined by measuring the cardiac action potential of the patient, thereby preventing the risk of collecting cardiac cells of the patient, and the therapeutic effects of the antiarrhythmic agent, of which the effect and safety vary significantly depending on the individual ion channel characteristics, can be mock-evaluated even without being directly used for the patient.La présente invention se rapporte à un système et à un procédé permettant d'évaluer les effets d'un agent antiarythmique, le système comprenant : une partie de mesure de potentiel d'action destinée à mesurer le potentiel d'action cardiaque d'un patient ； une partie de détermination des caractéristiques de canal ionique destinée à déterminer des caractéristiques de canal ionique du patient à l'aide du potentiel d'action mesuré ； et une partie d'évaluation des effets d'un agent antiarythmique destinée à refléter des caractéristiques de l'agent antiarythmique sur les caractéristiques de canal ionique déterminées du patient afin d'évaluer à faux les effets thérapeutiques.
