A surgery robot according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a position translation unit which consists of multiple joints in order to translate a position and is able to be inserted into a body a surgery unit which is connected to the position translation unit, is translated according to the position translation of the position translation unit and includes a surgery part for the surgery of an affected area in the front end and a driving unit which generates driving power for translating the position of the position translation unit. The driving unit includes: a driving part for generating driving power and a driving transfer part which is arranged along one side of the multiple joints and controls the position of one joint on the other joint since the degree of unfolding and folding according to the driving power supplied by the driving part.
