PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wash-free grain manufacturing apparatus in which a residual adhesion matter is hard to occur in a milling part, and which is excellent in sanitation.SOLUTION: A wash-free grain manufacturing apparatus comprises: a milling part 3 which mixes and stirs grains with water, and mills the same in water； a centrifugal dehydration part 5 which dehydrates the grains and water supplied from the milling part 3 by a dehydration screw 20 provided in a dehydration cylinder 18； and a conditioning and drying part 6 which finishes the grains supplied from the centrifugal dehydration part 5 to wash-free grains with dry air.
