PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fired confectionery satisfactory in texture even if being preserved for a long period, and more concretely, to provide a fired confectionery whose texture is not deteriorated even if being preserved over one month.SOLUTION: Provided is a fired confectionery obtained by covering a chocolate with a moisture content of 4% or lower with an intermediate layer and external layer. Further, the intermediate layer includes an oil, water, gelatinized starch and saccharide, in which the content of water is 6 to 18%, and also, as the saccharide, monosaccharide and/or sugar alcohol is included.
