PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid absorbent article which can suppress leakage of a body fluid to outside and suppress leakage of excrement.SOLUTION: A body fluid absorbent article 1 comprises: a surface sheet 2 having liquid permeability an absorbent core 4 having liquid absorption property and a rear surface sheet 3 having liquid impermeability. The surface sheet has an integrated structure of a first fiber sheet, a stretchable linear member group, and a second fiber sheet which are overlapped, and between the adjacent stretchable linear members, plural pleat parts are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the stretchable linear member. The absorbent core comprises a first wrap sheet 16 formed of a fiber having liquid absorption property, and a second wrap sheet 17 positioned between the first wrap sheet and the rear surface sheet, and between the first wrap sheet and the second wrap sheet, plural liquid absorbent layers 19 containing plural liquid absorptive resin particles 18 are formed.
