PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an absorbent main body closely contact or approach the skin as an elastically stretching member stretches during the wearing.
SOLUTION: The diaper comprises a liquid-permeable top sheet 11 and a liquid-impermeable back sheet 12 and an absorbent 13 interposed between them and is provided with an absorbent main body 10 comprising a belly side part, a crotch part and a back side part, the elastically stretching members 20 and 20 which are fixed respectively at the belly side and back side end parts of the absorbent main body 10 and formed into a belt longer sideways than the absorbent main body 10 to be shrinkable vertically when stretched sideways, fastening means 2 which are fixed respectively at both left and right end parts of the elastically stretching member 20 on either the belly side or back side and link members which are arrayed on the other side and made linkable respectively to the fastening means.
