PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like sheet which has such an excellent water resistance that it can be used even under the environment of touching water such as a bathroom and it can be used in the water, furthermore which does not dry for a long time, and can be used for a long time while sleeping for example, and a method for producing the gel-like sheet.SOLUTION: The gel-like sheet composition is provided which contains: cellulose nanofiber satisfying the following conditions； polyvalent metal ion； and polyhydric alcohol, and in which an anionic functional group of cellulose nanofiber is crosslinked by polyvalent metal ion. The method for producing the gel-like sheet is also provided. (A) number average fiber diameter is 2 nm or more and 500 nm or less, (B) average aspect ratio is 50 or more and 1000 or less, (C) the cellulose nanofiber has a cellulose I type crystal structure, and (D) has an anionic functional group.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】風呂場など水に触れる環境下及び水中においても使用できる耐水性に優れ、さらに、長時間乾燥せず、例えば就寝中など長時間使用することができるゲル状シート、及び該ゲル状シートの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】下記条件を満たすセルロースナノファイバー、多価金属イオン、及び多価アルコールを含有し、セルロースナノファイバーのアニオン性官能基が多価金属イオンにより架橋されているゲル状シート組成物、及び該ゲル状シートの製造方法。（A）数平均繊維径が２ｎｍ以上５００ｎｍ以下（B）平均アスペクト比が５０以上１０００以下（C）セルロースI型結晶構造を有する（D）アニオン性官能基を有する【選択図】なし
