PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel composition in which an aromatic component, a deodorant component, and/or other components are uniformly dissolved, or retained in a uniform dispersion state, and in which a surfactant is not used in large amounts, and to provide a process of producing a gel composition excellent in operability.SOLUTION: The gel composition includes at least the following components: a first gelling agent that reacts with polyvalent metal ions to turn into a gel a second gelling agent that turns into a gel when cooled polyvalent metal ions a water-insoluble liquid component and water.
