PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a food material component-extracted oil in which the component included in a dried food material is extracted into an oil under no-heating, and having the color and flavor of the food material.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a food material component-extracted oil comprising: a step where the tea leaf 2 of a deep-steamed tea is stored into a tea bag 5 a step where the tea bag 5 stored with the tea leaf 2 is immersed into water 3 for a first set time T1, and the moisture is impregnated into the tea leaf 2 to elute the components of the tea leaf 2 into the impregnated moisture a step where the tea bag 5 stirred with the tea leaf 2 obtained by eluting the components into the impregnated moisture is discharged from the water after the passage of the first set time T1 and is charged to a container 8 and is immersed into a salad oil 4 so as to be closed a step where the container 8 is allowed to stand in a closed state for a second set time T2, and the components eluted into the impregnated moisture of the tea leaf 2 are transferred into the salad oil 4 and a step where the container 8 in a closed state is released after the second set time T2, the tea bag 5 is discharged, and the salad oil 4 transferred with the components of the tea leaf 2 is obtained as a food material component-extracted oil 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】乾燥した食材に含まれる成分を非加熱でオイルに抽出し、食材の色や香りを備える食材成分抽出オイルを容易に製造すること。【解決手段】深蒸し茶の茶葉2をティーバッグ5に収納する工程と、茶葉2を収納したティーバッグ5を水3に第1の設定時間T1浸し、茶葉2に水分を浸透させて浸透水分に茶葉2の成分を溶出させる工程と、第1の設定時間T1経過後に浸透水分に成分を溶出させた茶葉2を収納したティーバッグ5を水から取り出し、容器8に入れてサラダオイル4に浸して密閉する工程と、容器8を密閉状態で第2の設定時間T2静置し、茶葉2の浸透水分に溶出させた成分をサラダオイル4に移行させる工程と、第2の設定時間T2経過後に密閉状態の容器8を開放してティーバッグ5を取り出し、茶葉2の成分を移行させたサラダオイル4を食材成分抽出オイル1として得る工程と、を備える。【選択図】図3
