A method of soil conditioning comprising applying to the soil a water-soluble or hydro-flotation polymer, characterized in that: - the polymer is prepared in the form of a polymer-concentrated liquid, - the preparation thus obtained is applied to the surface of a support rotating around its axis of revolution so as to create droplets spreading on the ground.
