The present invention comprises a composition comprising a combination of hexanal, 3,7-dimethylocta-2,6-dienal, and 2,6-dimethyl-5-heptenal wherein: hexanal is in an amount from 0.1 to 4% by weight of the total weight of the composition 3,7-dimethylocta-2,6-dienal is in an amount from 5 to 25% by weight of the total weight of the composition and 2,6-dimethyl-5-heptenal is in an amount from 1 to 8 % by weight of the total weight of the composition to articles containing the composition as well as its use for counteracting malodours and a process for counteracting malodours.La présente invention comprend une composition comprenant une combinaison dhexanal, de 3,7-diméthylocta -2,6-diénal, et de 2,6-diméthyl-5-hepténal dans laquelle : lhexanal est dans une quantité de lordre de 0,1 à 4 % en poids du poids total de la composition le 3,7-diméthylocta-2,6-diénal est dans une quantité de lordre de 5 à 25 % en poids du poids total de la composition et le 2,6-diméthyl-5-hepténal est dans une quantité de lordre de 1 à 8 % en poids du poids total de la composition linvention concerne des articles contenant cette composition, ainsi que lutilisation de cette composition pour neutraliser les mauvaises odeurs et un procédé de neutralisation des mauvaises odeurs.
