The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing Napa cabbage kimchi comprising: a transfer unit transferring salted Napa cabbages； a leaf flip unit which is installed on the route where the salted Napa cabbages are moved and which widen the space between Napa cabbage leaves； a stuffing unit which is adjacent to the leaf flip unit and filling the space between Napa cabbage leaves with stuffing； and a controller controlling the operation of the transfer unit, the leaf flip unit, and the stuffing unit. Thus, the leaf flip unit widen the space between leaves of the Napa cabbage fixed on the transfer unit and the stuffing unit fills the space between the cabbage leaves with the stuffing.
