According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an apparatus body with a predetermined length having a grip part formed on a top； an outer stalk cutting part to cut a root and an outer stalk part in a bottom of the apparatus body； and a plurality of outer stalk collection windows arranged on the outside of the outer stalk cutting part at predetermined intervals to collect the cut outer stalk of nana cabbage.
