PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Welsh onion cutting apparatus having a relatively simple constitution, capable of being produced inexpensively, and also capable of reducing the whole size of the apparatus.SOLUTION: The Welsh onion cutting apparatus 1 is provided with a rotary body 13 rotating centering around a rotary axis at a lower frame body 4. At one end side of the rotary body 13, a root part-conveying body 21 is provided which conveys the root part A1 along a circumferential direction around the rotary axis by making contact with the root part A1 of the Welsh onion A. On the other end side of the rotary body 13, a leaf tip-conveying body 31 is provided which conveys the leaf tip part A2 along the circumferential direction around the rotary axis by making contact with the leaf tip part A2 of the Welsh onion A is installed.
