Use of a composition comprising a fusion molecule comprising: (a) TACT extracellular domain or fragment thereof which binds BlyS and (b) a human immunoglobulin-constant domain for the manufacture of a medicament for treating rheumatoid arthritis in a patient wherein said medicament is formulated for administration of said composition in an amount of 0.01 mg per 1 kg of patients body weight to 10 mg/kg body weight and wherein said medicament, when administered is administered in said amount: (i) 7 times during a twelve-week interval or (ii) 3 times during a four-week interval or (iii) every other week for 2 to 30 weeks or (iv) weekly with the proviso that said medicament, when administered is not administered for 7 continuous days.
