The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a novel method for separating and purifying pure enantiomer of lenalidomide. Pure enantiomer of lenalidomide can be separated and purified by using, as the mobile phase, an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of aprotic solvents, secondary alcohols, and mixtures thereof.L'invention a pour objectif de fournir un nouveau procédé de séparation et de purification d'un énantiomère pur du lénalidomide. L'énantiomère pur du lénalidomide peut être séparé et purifié en utilisant, comme phase mobile, un solvant organique choisi dans le groupe constitué par les solvants aprotiques, les alcools secondaires et des mélanges de ceux-ci.本発明の課題は、レナリドミドの純粋なエナンチオマーを分離・精製するための新規な方法を提供する。 非プロトン性溶媒、第二級アルコール及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される有機溶媒を移動相として用いることにより、レナリドミドの純粋なエナンチオマーを分離・精製することが可能となる。
