The invention also relates to a method for preparing such a dressing, and to the use thereof on a wound, such as chronic exudative wounds.La présente invention se rapporte à un pansement comprenant : - un matériau absorbant (2), - un support de protection imperméable aux fluides et perméable à la vapeur d'eau (4), ledit support de protection étant fixé au matériau absorbant (2), ledit pansement comprenant en outre : - un non-tissé superabsorbant hydrodélitable (6) placé entre le matériau absorbant (2) et le support de protection (4). L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de préparation d'un tel pansement, ainsi que son utilisation sur une plaie, telles que les plaies exsudatives chroniques.
