The present invention relates to a dressing comprising: - an absorbent material (2), - a fluid impervious and vapor-permeable protective support (4), said protective support being attached to the absorbent material (2) said dressing further comprising: - a hydrodeliable superabsorbent nonwoven (6) placed between the absorbent material (2) and the protective support (4). The invention also relates to a method of preparing such a dressing, as well as its use on a wound, such as chronic exudative wounds. La présente invention se rapporte à un pansement comprenant : - un matériau absorbant (2), - un support de protection imperméable aux fluides et perméable à la vapeur d'eau (4), ledit support de protection étant fixé au matériau absorbant (2), ledit pansement comprenant en outre : - un non-tissé superabsorbant hydrodélitable (6) placé entre le matériau absorbant (2) et le support de protection (4). L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de préparation d'un tel pansement, ainsi que son utilisation sur une plaie, telles que les plaies exsudatives chroniques.
