CONSTITUTION: A bubble generator for washing and sterilizing fruits and vegetables comprises the following: an air compressor(1) generating compressed air, and including an outer container, an air pump, a switch, and an air plug； a bubble generating unit(2) including a front blocking pipe, a rear blocking pipe, an air supplying pipe, and an elastic tube, installed underwater for generating bubbles； and an air hose(3) supplying the compressed air into the bubble generating unit, connected to an inlet of the air plug and an inlet of the bubble generating unit.본 발명은 생활가전용품에 관한 것으로서, 과일 및 채소 등과 같이 세척과정에서 손상되기 쉬운 식품을 세척하고 소독하는 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 버블발생기는 압축공기를 생성하는 공기압축부(1), 물속에 침수되어 버블을 발생하는 버블발생부(2), 그리고 상기 공기압축부(1)와 버블발생부(2)를 연결하는 공기호스(3)로 구성된다. 버블발생기의 버블발생부(2)를 야채 또는 과일이 물속에 잠겨 있는 세척조에 담그고 에어펌프(12)를 가동하여 압축공기가 버블발생부(2)에 공급되어 세척조의 물속에 다량의 기포를 발생시킨다. 이 기포가 터지는 과정에서 순간적으로 큰 압력변화가 발생하여 채소, 과일 등이 세척된다.상기한 버블발생기에 소독수생성에 필요한 구성을 추가로 구비하면, 과일, 야채, 또는 식기 등의 주방기기를 세척한 후 이를 소독할 수 있다.본 발명의 버블발생기를 사용하면, 손상되기 쉬운 채소, 과일 등을 단순히 물 또는 소독수에 담가두고 버블발생기를 작동하여 세척 대상물을 손상시키지 않고 깨끗하게 세척하고 완벽하게 소독할 수 있다.
