The invention is in the field of immunotherapy. The present invention provides a method of preparing T cell(s) useful in immunotherapy, in particular autologous immunotherapy. The invention enables the production of T cells with enhanced metabolism, allowing T cells modified according to a method of the invention to exhibit enhanced functions in vivo, like proliferation and/or cytotoxic activities and/or survival. The invention also relates to methods for treating patient, in particular patient who has a cancer or an infectious disease. The invention is also related to pharmaceutical compositions comprising T cell(s) modified according to a method of the invention.La présente invention concerne le domaine de l'immunothérapie. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de cellule(s) T utile(s) en immunothérapie, en particulier en immunothérapie autologue.
