PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management machine having good workability and working efficiency.SOLUTION: The machine includes: wheels 30/30 rotatably supported by the machine a tiller 40 disposed in front of the wheels 30/30 and supported by the machine and a wing hiller 100 which has at least one part thereof is disposed between shafts 31/31 of the wheels 30/30 and tilling shafts 41/41 of the tiller 40 and can switch working state to form ridges and non-working state not to form ridges.
