PURPOSE: A lugworm scattering management device is provided to improve the collection rate of a larva by controlling the spawning time of the lugworm and easily eject as well as collect the larva floating on the seawater and infiltrating the sand layer.CONSTITUTION: A lugworm scattering management system(100) comprises a water tub(110), a heat exchanger(123), a first pipe(121), and a second pipe(125). The water tub(110) concavely forms an accommodating unit to accommodate several lugworm egg-type water tubs(130) having sand and lugworms. The heat exchanger connected to the water tub by a first pipe and a second pipe is operated to heat-exchange with the seawater collected through a second pipe and ejected through a first pipe. One side of the first pipe is connected to the water tub and the other side is connected to the heat exchanger.
