An influx unit(600) receives rice straws or byproducts from the simple fodder manufacturing apparatus. A compressing unit(602) compresses the transferred rice straws or byproducts. A cutting part cuts the compressed rice straws or byproducts into a predetermined size. An ejecting unit(606) discharges the cut rice straws or byproducts. At least two water tubs have a different capacity. A water level sensor is equipped in the water tubs.
