A method for producing a microneedle device which comprises a coating on microneedles. This method for producing a microneedle device comprises: a step A wherein a freeze-dried composition is obtained by drying a precursor composition that contains a biologically active substance and a first solvent； a step B wherein a coating composition is obtained by mixing the freeze-dried composition and a second solvent with each other； and a step C wherein the coating composition is applied to the microneedles and then dried. In this method, the precursor composition additionally contains a thickening agent, or alternatively, a thickening agent is added when the freeze-dried composition and the second solvent are mixed with each other.L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un dispositif à micro-aiguilles où lesdites micro-aiguilles portent un revêtement.
