The present invention relates to Western rolls using dried seaweeds and a preparation method thereof. The Western rolls consist of: an edible paper dried seaweeds provided on the upper surface of the edible paper and seasoned fillings provided on the upper surface of the seaweeds. The Western rolls are made by rolling the edible paper in a roll shape or folding the same at least once so that the seaweeds and the filling are accommodated inside.
