PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stabilized IgG4 antibodies reduced in the ability to subject to Fab arm exchange, a method for producing the antibodies, and an application of the antibodies as a medicament.SOLUTION: A stabilized IgG4 antibody for use as a medicament, comprising a heavy chain and a light chain, where the heavy chain comprises a human IgG4 constant region having a substitution of the Arg residue at position 409, the Phe residue at position 405 or the Lys residue at position 370, where the antibody optionally comprises one or more further substitutions, deletions and/or insertions, with the proviso that if the antibody has a residue selected from the group consisting of: Lys, Ala, Thr, Met and Leu at the position corresponding to 409, then the antibody does not comprise a Cys-Pro-Pro-Cys sequence in the hinge region.【課題】Ｆａｂアーム交換を受ける能力が低減され、安定化されたIgG4抗体、該抗体を産生する方法、及びそ該抗体の薬剤としての用途を提供する。【解決手段】重鎖と軽鎖とを含む、薬剤として用いるための安定化されたIgG4抗体であって、該重鎖が409位のArg残基、405位のPhe残基、又は370位のLys残基の置換を有するヒトIgG4定常領域を含み、該抗体が409位に対応する位置でLys、Ala、Thr、Met、及びLeuからなる群より選択される残基を有する場合、抗体はヒンジ領域においてCys-Pro-Pro-Cys配列を含まないことを条件として、抗体が任意で、1つ又は複数のさらなる置換、欠失、及び／又は挿入を含む、前記安定化されたIgG4抗体。【選択図】なし
