PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water feed device for dialysis and a water feed method for dialysis capable of suppressing a decline in operation efficiency.SOLUTION: The water feed device for dialysis, for feeding water for dialysis to a dialyzing fluid regulating device as an object of the feed, includes a water generation part for dialysis for generating water for dialysis using an RO module 17, and the water generation part for dialysis has a chlorine dioxide feed part 30 for feeding chlorine dioxide to a primary side of the RO module 17, and a chlorine dioxide decomposition part 41 for decomposing the chlorine dioxide in a secondary side of the RO module 17.
