The present utility model relates to the process in the production of effective microorganisms (EMs) bio-fungicide comprising the following steps: collecting of effective microorganisms, isolating effective microorganisms, preparing of effective 10 microorganisms pure culture, preparing of indigenous substrate from agri-waste materials, inoculating of EMs on the substrate, extending EMs incubation period for complete decomposition of substrates, repeating steps in the mass production of EMs bio-fungicide. EMs bio-fungicide as a product is now ready for storage and/or application whenever needed. The EMs biofungicide is known to protect and control Phytophthora disease of rubber seedlings under nursery condition. This utility model further relates to the maximum utilization of indigenous substrates as low cost medium in the mass production of EMs biofungicide.
