The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of semi-dried mulberries, which utilizes an existing multipurpose agricultural product drier. Mulberries are dried through: a hot air drying step using combustion heat from fuel； an electric heat drying step heating the mulberries using electricity； and a room temperature ventilating step. An optimum condition has been provided by adjusting a proper temperature, drying time, an opening and closing amount of a circulation hole on the drier, and an air flow amount, and thereby a technology for manufacturing semi-dried mulberries is developed.본 발명의 반건조 오디 제조방법은, 이미 판매되고 있는 다목적 농산물 건조기를 활용하였다. 연료의 연소열을 이용한 열풍건조단계를 거친 후, 전기에 의하여 발열하는 전열건조단계 및 상온 통풍단계를 거쳐 오디를 건조시켰다. 적정 온도, 건조시간, 건조기 개순환구 개폐량, 공기유입량 등을 조절하여 최적화된 조건을 제시하였고 이를 통하여 반건조 오디를 제조하는 기술을 개발하였다.
