PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mower equipped with a cutter, so designed that, when an opening between the vehicle body and its steering wheel is widened on the steering wheels movement, the opening is closed by a closing element to prevent objects such as grass, soil and stone from scattering caused by whirling air attributable to the cutters rotation and/or by the springing-out motion of the cutter to effect safty of a relevant operator and prevent working environment from aggravation.SOLUTION: The mower equipped with a cutter (6) is such as to be mounted with an anti-scattering apparatus (7).
