Disclosed is a method of producing a microbial culture medium using urine of a beast, which cultivates and supplies a large amount of microorganisms causing the smell of beast&primes urine in place of the conventional art using excrement of a beast which could not be supplied by a sufficient amount to exhibit a strong repelling effect to harmful animals or harmful birds. To achieve this, a large amount of a culture medium of beast urine microorganisms is prepared by the following steps of: allowing microorganisms to be proliferated in the beast&primes urine adding 0.01-20 parts by weight of sugar to the microorganisms in a fermentation tank with respect to the total weight ratio of sugar-diluted water having sugar content adjusted to 0.1-30 Brix, and then fermenting the mixture to obtain beast urine microorganisms and adding 0.001-20 parts by weight of sugar to the beast urine microorganisms in the fermentation tank with respect to the total weight ratio of sugar-diluted water having sugar content adjusted to 0.1-30 Brix, and then fermenting the mixture at a temperature of 10-60°C for 7-60 days. Moreover, a sterilization step is added to provide a culture medium of the beast urine microorganisms which is sterilized by a method such as ultraviolet irradiation or high temperature sterilization.
