The invention relates to a method for producing a vascular endoprosthesis for insertion into a natural cavity of a person's body. The method is based on a three-dimensional model comprising a main channel, at least one branch of the channel extending from the main channel, and an intersection between the main channel and the branch of the channel, the method comprising the steps of: - producing an imprint structure which is designed to follow a shape of the main channel, the imprint structure comprising at least one location corresponding to the intersection of the three-dimensional model, - placing a reinforcement (33) at the location of the imprint structure, - producing a prosthesis wall (31) using the imprint structure, the prosthesis wall being made of polymer, a window or a branch of the prosthesis being produced at the location, - producing the vascular endoprosthesis (30-1) comprising the window or branch of the prosthesis.L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une endoprothèse vasculaire destinée à être insérée dans une cavité naturelle d'un individu, à partir d'un modèle tridimensionnel comprenant une voie principale, au moins une branche de voie s'étendant depuis la voie principale et une intersection entre la voie principale et la branche de voie, le procédé comprenant des étapes de : - obtention d'une structure d'empreinte conformée pour suivre une forme de la voie principale, la structure d'empreinte comprenant au moins un emplacement en correspondance avec l'intersection du modèle tridimensionnel, - placement d'un renforcement (33) sur ledit emplacement de la structure d'empreinte, - fabrication d'une paroi (31) de prothèse au moyen de la structure d'empreinte, la paroi de prothèse étant en polymère, une fenêtre ou une branche de prothèse étant fabriquée au niveau de l'emplacement, - obtention de l'endoprothèse (30-1) vasculaire comprenant la fenêtre de prothèse ou la branche de prothèse.
