A cartridge (106) is configured to be inserted into a meter, the cartridge comprises a housing having an aperture (105), and end face (707) and a side wall at least one testing member disposed within the housing a removable seal (702) and a knob (701) attached in a fixed positional relationship with the seal, wherein when the seal is in a sealed condition a part of the seal covers the aperture and is secured to the housing around the aperture so as to provide a moisture impermeable barrier and the knob is located adjacent the side wall of the housing.La présente invention concerne une cartouche (106) conçue pour être introduite dans un dispositif de mesure, ladite cartouche comprenant un boîtier doté dune ouverture (105), dune face terminale (707) et dune paroi latérale au moins un élément danalyse disposé à lintérieur du boîtier un joint amovible (702) et un bouton (701) relié au joint et restant toujours dans la même position par rapport à lui. Quand ledit joint assure une fermeture hermétique, une partie du joint recouvre louverture et est fixée au boîtier autour de louverture de façon à former une barrière imperméable à lhumidité, tandis que le bouton est situé à proximité immédiate de la paroi latérale du boîtier.
