A pair of guide members bent with into an L shape is fixed on the upper side of a concrete slab(10) by a pair of anchor members(31). A reinforcing rib(32) is installed between the vertical part and the horizontal part of the guide member to maintain the angle between the vertical part and the horizontal part of the guide member. A rail pad(44) is installed on the upper side of the concrete slab in advance to support the rails. The rails are installed between a pair of guide members in which a filler(43) is filled to make the track unit.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 도심을 주행하는 철도의 슬래브 궤도에 관한 것으로 구체적으로는, 철도차량의 바퀴가 직접 접하게 되는 레일이 구비되어 있는 한 쌍의 궤도부가 서로 간격을 두고, 콘크리트 슬래브의 상면에 돌출된 형태로 설치되어 있고, 상기 각각의 궤도부는 ㄴ자로 절곡된 형태를 이루고 있는 가이드부재 한 쌍이 상기 수직부가 서로 마주보고 수평부가 서로 반대방향을 향하도록 간격을 두고 배치되어 콘크리트 슬래브에 고정 설치되고, 상기 한 쌍의 가이드부재 사이에 레일이 배치된 상태에서 가이드부재와 레일 사이의 공간에 충진재가 채워져 있는 구성을 가진다, 본 발명에 따른 철도 슬래브 궤도는 한 쌍의 궤도부가 돌출되어있어 궤도부 사이에 식생을 위한 공간이 확보가능하고, 차량 바닥과 슬래브 사이의 높이가 확보되므로 다양한 식생이 가능하며, 또한 식물 식재에 의해 도심 미관을 개선하는 효과가 발휘된다.
