The present invention conducts welding by the method of cladding welding the base material, titanium alloy with a high elastic modulus and cladding material, titanium alloy with a low elastic modulus compared to the base material. For example, for artificial hip joint, as a base material, an upper part of the stem material is manufactured which is assembled into the ball material that is inserted into the outer part of the hip joint that requires a high elastic modulus whereas, for the cladding material with a low elastic modulus, the bottom part of the stem material is manufactured which is inserted into the upper part of the thighbone which requires a higher level of bioaffinity. Therefore, the present invention relates to an artificial prosthesis and method for manufacturing the same through cladding welding which maximizes the effects of the artificial prosthesis depending on parts for use. The method for manufacturing an artificial prosthesis by the use of cladding welding according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a first stage where cladding material is placed on top of the base material; a second stage where the base material and the cladding material are weld; and a third stage where the weld base material and the cladding material are cut and processed to create the artificial prosthesis.
