PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both improvement in radiation efficiency on a face to be irradiated and improvement in radiation illuminance and the degree of flatness (uniformity) of the radiation illuminance at a low cost and low power consumption.SOLUTION: A plurality of LEDs 1 are two-dimensionally arranged in light emitting areas 7 and 8 at regular intervals, the LEDs being surface-mounted light emitting diodes having the same specifications. One lens cap is attached to each LED 1.
