The present invention relates to a system for removing malodor of a cattle shed by using an OH radical generator. In order to provide OH radical water, produced by dissolving OH radicals in a gas phase in stored water, to the cattle shed, the system for removing malodor of a cattle shed includes: an OH radical generator which is installed close to the cattle shed and generates the OH radicals in a gas phase an external storage tank which is installed in a location higher than the OH radical generator, receives water, and stores the water as the stored water an agitator which produces the OH radical water by mixing the stored water, supplied by the external storage tank, with the OH radicals in a gas phase and a circulation line which is connected between the agitator and the external storage tank, and becomes a flow path of the stored water or the OH radical water. The OH radical water, produced by the agitator, is inserted or re-inserted through the circulation line into the external storage tank and then is stored in the external storage tank.
