PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring bone mineral density including a radiation shield is provided to protect the external leakage of X-rays, thereby reducing radiation does needed for a test. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray generating unit irradiates the wrist of an examinee. An X-ray detection unit(140) detects the irradiated X-rays. A shield(300) is detachably installed in the X-ray generating unit and blocks the irradiated X-rays by the X-ray generating unit. Two attaching/detaching grooves are formed being spaced apart from each other with the X-ray detection unit at the center. A handle(200) has attaching/detaching protrusions at the bottom surface which are attached to or detached from the two attaching/detaching grooves.본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 본 발명은 본체의 상부에 형성되고, 피 측정자의 손목 부위에 엑스레이를 조사하는 엑스레이발생부； 본체의 하부에 형성되고, 상기 엑스레이발생부에 대향되게 형성되며, 상기 엑스레이발생부에서 조사되는 엑스레이를 검출하는 엑스레이검출부； 및 상기 엑스레이 발생부에 탈부착되어 상기 엑스레이발생부에서 조사되는 엑스레이를 차단하는 차단막；을 포함하는 방사선 차단막을 포함하는 골밀도 측정장치에 관한 것이다. 이에 따르면, 골밀도 측정시 외부로 유출되는 엑스레이를 차단할 수 있는 차단막을 가지는 방사선 차단막을 포함하는 골밀도 측정장치를 제공할 수 있다.
