PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod holder which can be easily fitted into holes having different sizes in a gunwale, and achieves reduction of weight thereof.SOLUTION: A rod holder (10) is integrally provided with: a first bifurcated part (11) which is made of a flexible material and provided with a first notch part (12) capable of holding a fishing rod (40) and a second bifurcated part (21) which is made of a flexible material and provided with a second notch part (22) located on the side opposite to the first notch part (12) and capable of holding the fishing rod (40).
