PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil feeding device in view of the fact that since tension opening operation is troublesome and readjustment after tension opening operation is required, operation is complicated.SOLUTION: This soil feeding device is such that a soil sending-out belt 5 of the soil feeding device is hangingly round around between a driving roller 15 and a driven roller 16, and a driven shaft 18 of the driven roller 16 is axially attached through a tension mechanism T movable back and forth to a long hole 19 of a frame side plate 10, and adjusting the tension state of the sending-out belt 5. The tension mechanism T is formed by including a screw shaft 22 moving back and forth to a support plate part 23 of the frame side plate 10, and a lock nut 25 engaged with the screw shaft 22 and touching the support plate part 23.
