PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a passage 27 for dialysis original fluid to be cleaned by a cleaning solution prepared at a prescribed concentration.SOLUTION: The hemodialyzer 1 includes a chamber having a supply chamber 21a supplying a fresh dialysis fluid to a dialyzer 2 and a recovery chamber 21b recovering a used dialysis fluid from the dialyzer 2, a water supply passage 25 supplying water to the supply chamber 21a of the chamber, the passage 27 for the dialysis original fluid connected with the water supply passage 25 and supplying the dialysis original fluid, and a passage 28 for an original cleaning solution supplying the original cleaning solution to the supply chamber 21a. A passage 52 for waste cleaning solution is provided in the passage 27 to discharge the cleaning solution discharged from the supply chamber 21a of the chamber to the passage 27. The cleaning solution is flowed in the opposite direction of the dialysis original fluid in the passage 27 and then discharged through the passage for the waste cleaning solution and the passage 27 is cleaned.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【解決手段】 血液透析装置1は、透析器2に新鮮な透析液を供給する供給室21aおよび透析器2から使用済みの透析液を回収する回収室21bを備えたチャンバと、上記チャンバの供給室21aに水を供給する水供給通路25と、該水供給通路25に接続されて透析液の原液を供給する透析液原液通路27と、上記供給室21aに洗浄液の原液を供給する洗浄液原液通路28とを備えている。また上記透析液原液通路27に洗浄液廃液通路52を設けて、上記チャンバの供給室21aから排出した洗浄液を上記透析液原液通路27へと排出し、当該洗浄液を該透析液原液通路27において透析液の原液とは逆方向に流通させてから上記洗浄液廃液通路を介して排液し、透析液原液通路27を洗浄する。【効果】 透析液原液通路27を所定の濃度に調製された洗浄液で洗浄することができる。【選択図】 図3
