PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replenishing liquid supply device for a hemodialyzer, reliably detecting the occlusion of a replenishing liquid supply circuit in an early stage by simple improvement, and preventing trouble such as replenishing liquid leakage from occurring and a water removal error from being generated.

SOLUTION: The replenishing liquid supply device for the hemodialyzer supplies a replenishing liquid from a replenishing liquid container for storing the replenishing liquid to a blood circuit via a replenishing liquid supply passage with the use of a replenishing liquid pump. The first and second drip chambers are serially arranged in two stages in the replenishing liquid supply passage. An air detecting means for detecting the rise of an air-liquid interface from the second drip chamber side is arranged between both drip chambers.
