Provided according to an embodiment of the present invention is a handpiece that is used for hair extraction from a patients skin. The handpiece according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: an outer housing； a power generating unit provided in the outer housing； a spindle assembly transmitting a rotational force generated by the power generating unit； and a punching needle coupled with the front of the spindle assembly and inserted into the patients skin while being rotated by the rotational force generated by the power generating unit. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the punching needle may be provided with a cut portion, which extends rearward along a length direction of the punching needle, on one side of a front end portion. The power generating unit may take the form of a two-way electric motor and be configured to rotate the punching needle coupled with the front alternately in two directions in accordance with a punching angle set in advance.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 환자의 피부로부터 모발을 추출하는데 이용되는 핸드피스가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 핸드피스는 외부 하우징과, 외부 하우징 내에 구비되는 동력발생부와, 동력발생부에서 발생된 회전력을 전달하는 스핀들 조립체와, 스핀들 조립체의 전방에 결합되어 동력발생부에서 발생된 회전력에 의해 회전하면서 환자의 피부 내로 삽입되는 펀칭 니들을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 펀칭 니들은 전방 단부의 일측에 펀칭 니들의 길이방향을 따라 후방으로 연장하는 절결부를 구비할 수 있으며, 동력발생부는 양방향 전동모터로 형성되어 전방에 결합된 펀칭 니들을 미리 설정된 펀칭 각도에 따라 양방향으로 번갈아 가며 회전시키도록 구성될 수 있다.
