The system exerts pressure, vibration, and heat on the body parts of a person. The system includes a portable vibration and heat generating device 100 having a flexible support platform and a bag-like enclosure extending from the support platform. The cylindrical control unit 140 is mounted to the support platform and extends vertically from the support platform. The control unit has a diameter between 50 mm and 100 mm. The control unit houses the electronic circuit and at least one battery. Four vibrating pods 120, 122, 124, 126 extend from the support platform into the bag structure. The bag-shaped structure also receives heat generating unit 130. The control unit extends through the circular bore of the compression wrap.
