The present invention regards a composition based on bacteria belonging to the Lactobacillus paracasei species for use in the treatment and/or in the prevention of a pathological condition of the female urogenital tract, preferably a pathological condition of the female genital tract, more preferably of the vagina, said pathological condition being caused by or related with a vaginal microbiota imbalance or for treating and/or preventing the symptoms related with said pathological condition.La présente invention concerne une composition basée sur des bactéries appartenant à l'espèce Lactobacillus paracasei pour une utilisation dans le traitement et/ou dans la prévention d'un état pathologique du tractus urogénital féminin, de préférence un état pathologique du tractus génital féminin, plus préférentiellement du vagin, ledit état pathologique étant provoqué par ou lié à un déséquilibre du microbiote vaginal ou pour le traitement et/ou la prévention des symptômes associés audit état pathologique.
