The present invention provides a subcutaneous filler, which comprises a first matrix and a second matrix mixed with each other at an arbitrary ratio, wherein the first matrix and the second matrix are each a colloid that has viscosity and is biodegradable, and the subcutaneous filler can be injected into subcutaneous tissue or other tissues to achieve the purpose of filling up the tiny lines, indents and defects of skin. Furthermore, the first matrix is selected from one of collagen, hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxylapatite, or a mixture of two or more of collagen, hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxylapatite.
