The present invention relates to a composition comprising 1-dodecanol or 2, 3-dihydrobenzofuran as an active ingredient having antifungal activity against Aspergillus genus fungus, to a composition inhibiting generation of aflatoxin, and to a method using the same, and more specifically, to a composition comprising 1-dodecanol or 2, 3-dihydrobenzofuran as an active ingredient having antifungal activity against Aspergillus genus fungus, to a method for inhibiting or killing the growth of the Aspergillus genus fungus using the same, to a method for inhibiting generation of aflatoxin comprising the 1-dodecanol or 2, 3-dihydrobenzofuran as the active ingredient, and to a method for inhibiting generation of aflatoxin using the same. The composition and the method using the same according to the present invention can be usefully used, especially, to prevent food from being contaminated by aflatoxin and to reduce aflatoxin by effectively reducing the growth of the Aspergillus genus fungus for generating aflatoxin and by inhibiting the generation of aflatoxin.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 1-도데칸올 또는 2,3-디하이드로벤조퓨란을 유효성분으로 포함하는 아스퍼질러스 속 진균에 대한 항진균용 조성물과 아플라톡신 생성 억제용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방법에 대한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 1-도데칸올 또는 2,3-디하이드로벤조퓨란을 유효성분으로 포함하는 아스퍼질러스 속 진균에 대한 항진균용 조성물과 이를 이용한 아스퍼질러스 속 진균의 생장을 억제하거나 사멸시키는 방법, 1-도데칸올 또는 2,3-디하이드로벤조퓨란을 유효성분으로 포함하는 아플라톡신 생성 억제용 조성물과 이를 이용한 아플라톡신 생성 억제 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방법은 아플라톡신을 생성하는 아스퍼질러스 속 진균의 생장을 효과적으로 저하하고 아플라톡신의 생성을 억제하기 때문에 특히 식품이 아플라톡신에 오염되는 것을 막고 아플라톡신을 저감화하는 데에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
