An absorbent article (2) for being worn inside a garment (1), comprising: a garment-facing side (3), a wearer facing side and fastening means (12, 12, 13, 13) for releasably engaging a surface of the garment (1), wherein the fastening means (12, 12, 13, 13) comprises an adhesive fastener (12, 12) being provided on a garment-facing surface (10) of the absorbent article (2), at least a portion of said adhesive fastener (12, 12) being covered by a releasable protective layer (14), and at least one mechanical fastener (13, 13) comprising a backing material (16). The backing material (16) of the mechanical fastener (13, 13) forms a removable unit with the releasable protective layer (14), such that removal of the mechanical fastener (13, 13) leads to removal of the releasable protective layer (14) for revealing the covered portion of the adhesive fastener (12, 12).La présente invention concerne un article absorbant (2) destiné à être porté à lintérieur dun vêtement (1), comprenant : un côté faisant face au vêtement (3), un côté faisant face au porteur et des moyens de fixation (12, 12, 13, 13) pour engager de façon réversible une surface du vêtement (1), les moyens de fixation (12, 12, 13, 13) comprenant une fixation adhésive (12, 12) étant disposée sur une surface faisant face au vêtement (10) de larticle absorbant (2), au moins une partie de ladite fixation adhésive (12, 12) étant recouverte par une couche protectrice antiadhésive (14), et au moins une fixation mécanique (13, 13) comprenant un matériau de support (16).
