Cosmetic ingredients using a plum distillation extract according to an embodiment of the present invention are prepared by the following steps: a first step of extracting the plum distillate by putting purified water and fresh raw plum including seeds in a distillation extractor； a second step of producing a plum distillate concentrate in an inner pot of the distillation extractor when the plum distillate is cooled to produce 30 liters of plum hydrosol； and a third step of diluting the acidic plum distillation concentrate. In the first step, the mixing ratio of the fresh raw plum and purified water is 10 kg : 35 L.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 매실증류추출액을 이용한 화장품 원료는,증류 추출기에 씨앗을 포함한 매실 생과 및 정제수를 넣어 매실증류액를 추출하는 제1단계；상기 매실증류액이 냉각되어 매실 하이드로졸 30ℓ가 생산될 때 상기 증류 추출기의 내부 솥에서 매실증류농축액을 생산하는 제2단계； 및상기 매실증류농축액의 산도를 희석시키는 제3단계；를 포함하고,상기 제1단계에서, 상기 매실 생과 및 상기 정제수의 혼합 비율은 10㎏ : 35ℓ인 것을 포함한다.
